As Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for attaining assigned revenue and account development objectives by driving sales initiatives with corporations and law firms. The Director of Business Development will focus on developing relationships with clients to win projects involving legal services.

We seek to grow revenue and profitability 3X in five years and are searching for a passionate, energetic, ambitious, and driven hunter with elite sales experience and skills in eDiscovery and legal services. This person must be entrepreneurial in nature, subscribe to and promote value selling sales principles and methodologies, be highly structured and process-driven, comfortable in an emerging environment, and focused on new business development.

To succeed the Director of Business Development will:

  • Generate new client leads through prospecting and marketing efforts
  • Call on corporate counsel, C-level executives, and law firms to sell legal services

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university (JD is plus!)

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Management of Projects
  • Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact.
  • Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements.
  • Developing and managing relationships with internal teams.

Level Legal is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator specializing in Power BI with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology. At our company, we use the term “surprise with remarkable delight” to describe concierge-level service to our end-user experience. As the MS365 Administrator, you will be the primary admin for the Level Legal MS365 environment, including Exchange, Intune endpoint manager, Teams, SharePoint, Power Bi, Power Automate, and Azure AD. In addition, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting virtual desktop environments.

In this role, you will work with functional teams to identify Power BI development opportunities and the corporate reporting roadmap. Using data from our primary business systems, you will develop business intelligence reports, data and dashboards, and analytical models within Power BI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the full MS365 suite, and provide end-user issue resolution, and incident/outage support of the platform
  • Responsible for power BI reporting, metrics, and analytics company-wide
  • Manage Azure AD, MS365, AD Sync, Azure Backups, and VDI
  • Create new power BI reports for internal and external customers
  • Deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune MDM
  • Perform software licensing audits and maintain contracts and compliance
  • Administer and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Deploy and improve remote security utilizing Secure Remote worker
  • Create and deactivate user accounts using Azure AD, and Microsoft365 Admin center

Experience:
