Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage eDiscovery platforms, including troubleshooting issues via Oasis/Casepoint ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with eDiscovery Project Managers to develop efficient, defensible collection, transfer, processing, remediation, loading, and production workflows.
  • Execute data transfer, processing, remediation, loading, and production workflows.
  • Handle all facets of importing and processing data, creating, maintaining review databases, and preparing electronic document productions.

Team Lead Case Manager Role 

As a Team Lead Case Manager, you will be responsible for much more than simply managing document review projects. You will assist in leading teams of five to 50 or more project-based attorney reviewers, providing a positive work experience, and ensuring the quality of those teams’ work product, including confirming time and attendance, continuous feedback loops, and personal responsibility to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage eDiscovery and document review projects by exporting pdfs, delivering to customers, and reviewing 1L review and special workflow documents to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Design and execute effective QC workflows independently and in collaboration with other leaders, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Execute workflows by suggesting mass-tagging workflows, assigning workflow tasks, assisting the review manager with project workflow design.
  • Effectively communicate with reviewers and management team as well as senior leadership on an as-needed basis.
  • Train teams on project technology, workflow, and communications.
  • Keep learning about the role and industry, always looking for ways to improve.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be an active U.S. licensed attorney in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
  • Minimum of two to three years of team lead review management experience required.
  • Minimum one year quality control experience on recent managed review projects.
  • Prior extensive experience managing and leading teams of document review attorneys, including privilege review workflows, quality control workflows, and privilege logging.
  • Relativity workspace proficiency, including complex searches, workflow setup, monitoring output, and reporting.
  • Attentive to detail, resourceful, and driven.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Must be a confident self-starter and have demonstrated skills as a strong team player.
